β β β β β Had to do a root canal for the first time in my life. Dr Charmaine was very patient, gave me the information I needed, took me through the process and did it with minimal pain or fuss. Even took a photo of my tooth to show me. Operation went past their working hours but no complaint from either the dentist or her assistants, just 100% professional throughout. Obviously not looking to do another root canal with any dentist ever again, but if I had to (please God no) I would ask Dr Charmaine again. Thanks Advanced Dental team!

β β β β β Dr.Natasha is very professional. She did a fantastic and efficient job for teeth cleaning/scaling.
Dr.Natasha also makes excellent recommendation for dental care.
I am glad that I found her during my stay in Singapore. I would highly recommend to everyone.

β β β β β Friendly and patient counter staff who remembered my request for a specific dental appointment date and called me when there was an available slot. Appreciate the attentiveness and effort made!
Dr Natasha is indeed a great dentist as per other good reviews made for her.
She is very patient and professional. Took time to explain the needed information to me to make an informed decision on a dental procedure.
Also allowed me to ask questions and she took time to answer all of them. Highly recommended dentist!

β β β β β First time do scaling and polishing service here. And I was really disappointed on it. My teeth keep bleeding for whole night even in the midnight then I went to visit 24 hours clinic they refer me to emergency department, but I know it might not affordable to me cause Iβm a foreigner. Wait until morning and come back to the dental, I was told by the doctor this is an normal situation cause too long time didnβt do scaling and polishing, and I told him please help me to stop the bleeding instead of just telling me this is a normal situation. Last time I do at another dental even 5 years I didnβt go for scaling and polishing, but also wonβt happen this kind of issue.

β β β β β Me and my wife visited this clinic few months back for general cleaning. Ended up with sensation all over the mouth for me and uncomfortable pain post cavity filling for my wife. Wasn't happy with the services offered by Dr. M.L. (or the professionalism - ask his assistant about it.) but went back for a check up to fix pain for my wife. This time around, we were checked up by Dr. Ben Lim, and he was one of the best medical professional I have ever seen in my life. Compassionate and kind, and takes the time to hear you out. Pain still persisted for few weeks, but we adhered to the advice offered by Dr. Ben and trusted him. My wife feels better now and pain has largely subsided. Thank you Dr. Ben, cheers!

β β β β β Dr. Charmaine She is an absolute star. Very professional and friendly, knows how to put you at ease even through a root canal which isn't a walk in the park. Additionally she is of course great at what she does. If you need a root canal, she's the one to find!

β β β β β From Cheng Men stationed at the reception to the Assistant Tian An and the Dentist Dr Benedict, they all extremely polite to boot.
I am always extremely apprehensive and resilient to making a dental appointment due to several unpleasant experiences in the past but this was an exceptional outlier. Apart from exuding the professionalism of what a Dentist should have, Dr Ben is knowledgeable and extremely patient in responding to my concerns, which I am truly appreciative of.
His assistant was pleasant and helpful during the procedures.
To surmise, the staff stationed there are exemplary model to emulate with regards to their professionalism and medical decorum.

I especially loved how Dr. Mabel continuously assured me and how she was very gentle as I have sensitive teeth and gums. Definitely feel very lucky to have my teeth cleaned by them here! Will book my future appointments with Dr. Mabel.
