★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend doctor Terry Teo he is a very professional doctor. He is very patient and friendly my kids love to visit him. Going to dentist is no more hassle to us as a parent as kids enjoy the journey to seeing Dr Terry kudos to Dr Terry Teo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic few weeks and the clinic is so amazing. The dentists are so patient and so friendly in doing their job. They do their work professionally and skillfully. The staff are so attentive and also doing their job very well. I always feel comfortable. This dental clinic deserves a five star-rating. A very big thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to this clinic today after a lot of hesitation (10years in SG and my first visit to the dentist in this country) and I have left feeling I should have had all my treatments here! Saw Dr. Alvin Lee who explained each step before doing anything, skillfully redid my previous poorly done filling and did not suggest any other unnecessary treatments. Cost wise it was quite reasonable as well (I don't have any insurance) and most importantly I think he is good at his work. I would be coming to Dr. Alvin Lee for all subsequent dental visits - highly recommend him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Alvin Lee was wonderful. He was very professional and patient, as he took time to explain all necessary info I need before proceeding with the tooth extraction. Skilled too as it feels almost nothing as he administered local anaesthesia before the extraction. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked Q & M Novena, and unfortunately was running 10 min late. I called them and informed that I am running 10 min late, the receptionist acknowledged. Later when I reach clinic I was informed my appointment got cancelled for being late and Dr took next patient without informing me. They could have given me the next patients slot but was asked to come sometime later. haven't used their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appt for my parents at this clinic after reading the reviews. They felt the dentist was not gentle and wanted to finish the task at hand fast. They had better experiences at other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referred my partner to Dr Seah for wisdom tooth surgery as I’m his patient at the previous establishment that he was practicing in.
As always he is very meticulous in his consultation and will explain to you in layman terms that patients will understand which will definitely assure patients that they are in safe hands.
Highly recommend my friends and relatives to get consulted by him!!! ☺️
*a shoutout to the front desk personnel and that attended to me and my partner, she was friendly and clear on her explanation for the medication*
Overall experience at Q&M novena was 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to the dentist is always most iconic for children as it really determines the outcome of their future visits - either reassuring or fearful.
Dr Terry Teo is a very experienced PD dentist! I am sure all your kids would feel at ease, like mine!
I am glad my kids grew up with Dr Terry! No fear instilled, all good cooperation and all went well!
Just note that there are 2 Q&M dental clinics in the mall. The one that specialises with kids is the one beside Starbucks, called Q&M dental Kids.
