★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner had same problem that when you make the appointment with them but you have to wait almost 45 mins to an hour to be your turn. Why we have to make appointments at the first place ? I guess this is the only branch has this problem. I would chose more friendly and efficient branch in the future then. Oh Btw! my doctor was very friendly and patient but the assistant was very rough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was seen by Dr Seah Yi, had a smooth and pleasant experience. The service was exceptional with every step of the treatment explained to me so I understood what was going on. He was very gentle as well, making the experience a rather painless one. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Dr. Vera for my dental treatment. She is very good and very helpful… She referred me to see a gum specialist, Dr Than Zawoo… The experience is very pleasant and the staff are all ver helpful. Will definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought along my friend to see Dr Seah Yi for fillings to be done as I heard that he is very proficient in his dental work. Dr Seah is very patient and detailed in his explanations. He is a friendly and enthusiastic dentist and I felt very reassured leaving my friend under his care.
Worth it travelling an hour from the east for quality treatment by a capable doctor ?? A blessing to have met Dr Seah. Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an appointment here recently with Dr. Seah Yi. He is a very competent and friendly dentist! Felt super comfortable throughout the whole appointment (I'm usually scared of dentists lol). Highly recommend the service here! 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum did her dentures with Q&M 3 years ago which broke. Apparently 3 years ago the dentures were made with a special metal attachment that is quite hard to find today. A related doctor involved in the process 3 years ago who is still with Novena Q&M did not offer help or assistance to process the dentures, instead transferred the problems to Q&M somerset. What's more, they did not give Q&M somerset any background of my mum's case but transferred them cold. Additionally, before the transfer Q&M Novena even suggested we went to a hospital instead because they could not help. This is such a wonderful mystery because the dentures were made with their guidance and assistance and the help of their dental supplier. The maker can't fix the problem so go to someone else instead? This is very poor attitude and it shows Novena Q&M's lack of care and concern for their previous patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my regular Scaling & Polishing with Dr. Alvin. He was thorough and ensured that my experience was good. He patiently answered my inquires and advised accordingly. The assisting nurse was friendly, and made me felt comfortable throughout my procedure. I will definitely be back again for any dental treatment if needed. Thank you and keep up the good job!
