★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gerald is very friendly. He can calm me down easily as I'm quite distressed with my condition. Then he explained to me thoroughly with detail and guided me what to do next. Besides, the reception is also very friendly. Overall experience is happy.

Dr.Gerald Tan was Awesome!!.Best of the Best!!..
He make me feel relax and calm, that I am able to share and voice my concerns.He manage to make me overcome my fears and anxiety.
I have no fear and was joking with Dr.Gerald Tan and Teams before the surgery, it was a successful Robotic Surgery.
Looking forward to a speedy recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this rating only because of the inconvenience I went through - the staff did not label my urine sample taken during the scope and I had to find time again to go down to the hospital to provide another sample.
Not a mistake I expected to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my mum went for check up urologist,urologist said she had to use a catheter to drain excess urine out of bladder,common problem for elderly,though more so for males.Brought my mum down to see Dr Shirley for urine retention problem to seek a second opinion.
She was very patient in explaining the causes, what are some lifestyle/diet changes that she can adopt to help her with the urine retention.Explanation was very clear and concise.Even suggest some last gasp solution.Massive support rendered.Really appreciate it a lot
