I was referred to Dr Ong in Jul 2021 for a lump in my breast which turned out malignant. The assurance and care that were shown to me by Dr Ong and his wonderful team of nurses (especially Zhiqi and Xinhui) were exemplary. I could never have imagined smiling during a doctor's consultation for cancer, but that's exactly what happened at Dr Ong's clinic. He was that reassuring and approachable. I even remember seeing his smiling face in the OT just before I went under GA. I felt well taken care of and knew everything would turn out fine under his trusty hands. Dr Ong was very clear in his explanation and answered all my questions patiently. His evidence-based approach to treatment boosted my confidence in his recommendations. His positive, jovial and warm demeanour made everything so much more bearable - from the biopsy to the mastectomy I underwent. He referred me to an excellent oncologist for chemotherapy, and to a radiation oncologist thereafter. He understood how patients could feel stressed and lost in the midst of all this madness and made sure there were no gaps in my treatment. I'm grateful to Zhiqi for being so comforting during all my visits. She truly has her patients' interests at heart. Her gentle and easygoing nature helped to ease my nerves. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Dr Ong's clinic.

Dr Ong was recommended to my family and me by another doctor and the entire experience we had with Dr Ong and his wonderful team exceeded all our expectations. Dr Ong was patient yet detailed and concise in all his consultations and explanations to my family. Even though the patient was 91 years old and could not communicate in English, Dr Ong took all efforts to speak to her in dialect. The surgery was done very quickly and precisely as well as time was of the essence. It was a successful surgery and we got a very good outcome. I came to know about Dr Ong from good reviews about him found in the internet and true enough, he really is good. From the clinic staffs who were really so approachable that they really care about the patients and answer the queries as they can. With Dr Ong, you will not feel scared to know what your condition is, he clearly explained my test results and what were my options for it. He even showed a short clip of how safe the procedure would be and made me decide to go for it. During the procedure, he let me see how it goes step by step by looking into the ultrasound monitor so i am informed about it. A day and two after the procedure, I even got a chat and call from the staff to check how am i feeling after the procedure and to remind that I can remove the dressing to let the wound to dry up. It was truly a good one and I know that with Dr Ong, I will be fine. Thank you so much Dr Ong and all his staffs!!

I know about Dr.Ong and team from google (all are good reviews). i was blessed that i choose to get Dr. Ong to consult on my case. And i never have doubt when he asked to do the Vacuum assisted biopsy for further check because the way he approached to me was so convincing and professional. I would say Dr. Ong and the team are awesome. The process to remove the lump was not pain at all, when i told them i have zero tolerance on pain. They were really ease your worry and panic. In my case it all started with a regular mammogram screening in early March this year. The report came back showing a suspicious lump. I went to see Dr Ong Kong Wee. Dr Ong is very friendly and patient in explaining the situation to me and answering all my queries clearly. He immediately arranged a biopsy and when cancer was detected he followed up with a lumpectomy operation. Throughout this difficult time he was able to put me at ease and I went through the surgery with confidence that I was in good hands. Prior to meeting Dr Ong, I had really bad experience with my previous surgeon, he misdiagnosed my case and after two surgeries he was not able to clear the cancerous area. I was referred to Dr Ong by another doctor and ever since then everything became much clearer and I could fight the illness with much more positive energy. Dr Ong was very assuring, confident and efficient. His team of nurses are also really amazing, especially Zhiqi! She is always available to provide me the right support. I had my last surgery with Dr Ong, he was able to clear everything and provided me the peace of mind. I wish I could have met him earlier in my treatment journey, so that I would suffer less from multiple unsuccessful surgeries.
