★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was totally disappointed with this doctor. He was an appointed doctor by A&E. He sent me for multiple tests that does not seem to link with my symptoms. Upon the day of discharge, he did not gave me a final examination and just asked the nurse to prepare paper to discharge me after I refuse to do any scope that he suggested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Poh is a very attentive, considerate, knowledgeable and patient doctor who knows what he is doing. He would patiently explain every aspect of an illness to me and go through every procedure of an operation in detail. Very professional in presentation and very assuring in demeanor. He is also very friendly and makes every single appointment seem like a visit with an old friend. He is proficient in his field and performs endoscopy procedures flawlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so worried about my endoscopy but it was done before I even knew it, and I didn't feel a thing. Dr Poh was very reassuring and professional, a very nice guy! And he actually personally called me up to inform me about the results. He was also very professional to inform about the risks of the day surgery, no matter how low the risk is, instead of not mentioning anything at all. Amazing doctor!

Besides being professional and providing us sound advice, Dr Poh is genuine, patient and kind. He even personally calls over the phone to inform us of test results. It’s always a pleasant experience visiting his clinic. His clinic staff member is equally warm and friendly.
