Don't fret if you can't find the clinic on the Guthrie House directory! It shares a space with Ovspring Developmental Clinic. Just take the lift up to the 3rd floor, and you'll see the Advantage Medical Clinic door further down on your left. The reception is through the doorway of the clinic, on the Ovspring side. My friend recommended this clinic to me after his mother came down with dengue; and like her, I had my dengue test and 5 blood tests done here. I appreciate Dr Brendan Yap's knowledge and experience - he's assuring and his cheerful confidence puts you at ease. I'm also very thankful to Dr Magnus Lim, who is very attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, and has very good bedside manners (I should have listened to him more! He was right about several things). My experience with the GPs at this clinic (over a 10 day period) was great and personable and not rushed, much better than what you might get at more famous chains of clinics (where you might feel like you're being charged by the minute for questions and the consult experience just feels very rushed and impersonal). I also appreciate the convenience, speed and efficiency at this place, and how MCs and receipts are sent quickly via email. Having dengue was a frustrating and lonesome ordeal, but the long road to recovery was definitely made better with the help of these two very friendly doctors. Thank you!

Advantage is very helpful as they have tele-consults for people who are unable to travel to the clinic due to a hectic schedule and would rather rest at home as well. They have been helpful in assisting my needs.

Cool calm Doc. The type of doctor I prefer. Reasonable. Excellent location for the Bukit Timah side of Sixth Avenue. Pity only got basement carpark but I guess this clinic is for the adjacent condos

Really prompt, professional service provider for COVID testing. Received my PCR test results within the same day at 5 pm when I did my test at 9 am. What impressed me was the level of service from one of the nurses, SJ, who not only emailed but personally called and whatsapp me the results once it was out. She also assisted me with getting the Notaris endorsed vaccination certificate for my domestic helper! They really go beyond their line of duty to assist patients. Well done and strongly recommended for those who need prompt testing before travel!
