Miss Hong always places her students above herself, answering questions even late at night. She is truly a very dedicated tutor. My son is very blessed to meet her.

Jasline is one of the most dedicated & responsible teachers I have ever met, who takes great pride in teaching her students well. She doesn’t only impart knowledge but important life skills such as perseverance & resilience - which is crucial for the growth & in the life of every student.

I came to know of The Learners Council when I received an SMS message from its’ marketing vendor approximately 5 years ago when my older boy was in Year 3. Then , he needed help on his physics subject . When I received that SMS, I immediately contacted the founder, Jasline Hong . She shared with me that she just started, her passion for physics and also shared with me her amazing credentials. I didn’t sign my son up immediately as he wanted to try studying in his own. I respected his decision but eventually signed up with TLC and no regrets. Jasline was very dedicated, passionate and committed. She gave my son one on one lessons to bring him up to speed before joining the group lessons. My son shown great improvements in his semester exam. Since then, he ace his physics paper all the time. I am so happy to have found TLC . Having seen how effective TLC was with my older son, I enrolled my younger son with TLC when he was in Sec 4. As expected , he scored an A for his O levels. He generally scored C before staring with TLC so you can imagine how thrilled I was ! I have also recommended a few of my friends’ kids to TLC and they all did well . My friends are very thankful for my recommendation. Of course, it’s the effort of the dedicated team at TLC and the kids. Whenever someone asks me for my recommendation, TLC is definitely the choice. I was recommended to Ms Hong's centre by a very good friend. Because of my son's training schedule, he was not able to join a regular Physics class in his fourth year in secondary school. Three weeks before his exams, we realised he needed help. He had very little physics knowledge. I got in touch with Ms Hong and she quickly set him up for a few intensive physics lessons. Mdm Chia and Ms Hong are amazing tutors. Under their tutorship and his practices, he managed to score over 80% in his end of year exams, and with one of the highest marks in class. This would not have been possible without Ms Hong! Thanks, Ms Hong! U're amazing!

Ms Hong is not only a responsible and dedicated educator, she teaches with a heart. Her spirit of excellence is evident in the way she plans and carries out her lessons. She has value-added to her students through her clear explanations, worked examples, drive and passion. My son, Justin, has made significant improvement in Physics after joining The Learners Council at the end of Year 3. His teacher helped him close his gaps, thereby strengthening his foundation. Importantly, he has gained more confidence in the subject, leading to better scores in Year 4. We are happy with the progress made and will continue at TLC for his JC years.

Ms Hong is infectiously passionate about her work. She not only teaches Physics, but inspires a 'you can do it' mindset. My daughter gains not only academic knowledge and problem solving skills, but much more importantly confidence about the subject and herself. I would recommend The Learners Council wholeheartedly.
