Here you can safely challenge yourself as instructor Maria takes into account your past injuries, surgeries etc to ensure that you don't overstrain or injure yourself in completing the exercises. Classes are fun and tailored to participants' level of fitness/experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else for pilates!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the new studio, small and cozy, and because of the small class size the instructors can pay a lot more attention on each student. Maria is fantastic - she really pushes me but never in a hurried manner. She also corrects my position and knows when to render assistance. My body aches for 3 days post workout but that’s what draws me back!

You won’t feel bored or a moment of blank during the class! Everything is so smooth, integrated and refreshing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Pilates studio I have ever been to. The studio is clean, bright and spotless. Maria and Tiffany are excellent trainers- extremely patient, friendly and competent. They never fail to go the extra mile for their members. Classes are always fun and target muscles that are rarely used, and I always leave the studio feeling great! I highly recommend them. Thank you for providing such fantastic classes!
