★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cindy is my “go to” person when my chronic back problem get worse. She has rightfully pointed out all my bad postures. With repeated reminders to myself to correct them and the routine that she gets me to do at home, my back problems have improved a lot. She knows where my tension points are and she is so skilful at releasing them so that I can proceed with the exercises at the studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Cindy for about ten years now. I have sent friends, my entire family, as well as perfect strangers I overhear at the gym, sharing what ails them to an instructor. Cindy is a master at identifying the root causes of pain. Recently, I’ve been dealing with a neck and shoulder issue, and on top of doing the obvious neck and shoulder work, she released my diaphragm, (ouch!), and more, which to my surprise were apparently contributing to my neck issues.
