I like to buy half kg sweet, i have chooses two items , When they packing time i saw one of the sweet is black colour oli dirt on the sweet , i told them please remove the item , i want to exchange to other item . But the service person told me can't change and also talk rude if u want to buy u buy, if dont want to buy never mind dont buy ..he is very rude..
All like to eat home sweets ,but like this people in the service counter (old man) Deepavali mood spoilt...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit, sweets good. But very very bad customer service especially to the food and beverage side. Not interactive, very very rude and bad. Did not know that food- beverage and sweets have different places to order. A lady was standing beside our table. She didn't say that she was there to take an order.So, we have confirmed the foods and drinks went to the cashier's side. She sounded so rude and ordered us to sit. I never recommend to visit anyone else.

Good Sweets and snacks varieties.
Jaamoon & badusa sweets are good.
Savouries like thattai addai, mixtures are good and are in air tight sealed packs. My favorite is Rajapalayam thattai.
The sweets are packed in small attractive paper boxes, even for for a few pieces.
The sonapapadi is good to try, milk sweets are also nice.
Do consume the sweets on same day, milk based items goes stale after a day.
