Signed up for the basic course which consists of learning how to make the peanut and sweet bean Ang ku kueh. The instructor was really friendly, took us around the shop and explained how the ingredients are being made. Upon hearing that it was my birthday, she asked if there was anything i would like to make and gladly agreed when I requested to make the rainbow ang ku kueh (a separate course which was way more expansive). She also made a special design for me. Overall a really fun & memorable experience, highly recommended!

Went for a basic course which was organized by the company. The boss and staffs are very friendly, patient and helpful. We were able to make and bring back many AKK after the course, so happy! Also, the taste of their AKK is super delicious!

First of all i would like to thank Irene. She is our instructor, she is very nice! We get to know the history and best of all.. We get to go in the kitchen!!! I brought my mum, 3 kids and my bestie along. We all enjoyed the class. My kids, age 12, 9, 6 they are very excited that they get to hands-on. My 6years old the most happiest, Laughing and enjoying while making it. We all had a great time even though is a short one. Thank you!

Ordered the peanut, yam, coconut and corn. Liked that the yam is not too sweet. All the fillings were smooth. The aunties at the place were very friendly. I asked about the limited edition minion kueh and they politely explained that it was sweet bean with a banana in it! Unfortunately I don’t eat sweet bean so I had to pass on it!

Went at 5pm, there was no queue. You could order individual pieces at the counter or get a box like I did (one of each flavour). $6.60 for a box of six different flavours. It’s at a prominent road junction at Bugis. Heard that this is the best Ang ku kueh in Singapore. Hope it doesn’t disappoint

I have been buying this whenever I want to have Ang Ku Kueh. The Ang Ku Kueh is undoubtedly one of the best if not already the best. Now there is pre-ordering online for delivery that makes it even better. You can just pre-order the day before to have it delivered to your door-step and even at specified time slot. The Ang Ku Kueh in Bamboo Steamer shown here makes a perfect gift, with the flexibility of mix and match the Ang Ku Kueh. It is a perfect dessert indulgence after meal.

No doubt their akk is nice. It’s soft and thin skin. Assorted filling to choose - sweet bean, salted bean, coconut, yam, peanut and corn. All $1.10 per pieces I dropped by on Sunday around 5pm. Not much choice left. I wanted to buy assorted filling but all packed in a box with 3 fixed filling. I bought the one with yam, peanut and sweet bean. Wanted to try corn but didn’t because too much for me. One box has 6 pcs ,$6.60. I can’t mix with my preference. Maybe closing shop soon. Anyway, will try other fillings next time. I prefer yam and Personally don’t like peanut.

The shop is very popular! I got a basket of 22 pieces and the presentation was very beautiful. The manager was super patient and helpful when I was making my selection and payment even though there were many people in the shop. The AKK was really delicious. My favourites were the peanut, sweet bean and coconut. It’s highly recommended. I will sign up for their workshop too .
