Saw the review from google and fb, most were good feedback, so I decided to give it a try. Will look at the picture, you know I have a deal! I contacted Mr Eric to view the Toyota Sienta Hybrid, was at Turf Club basement. I asked him if i can trade in my Perodua Viva, he was ok and the deal to trade in was decisive. When I reach the location, Mr Macrus guide me through the car and explains the car for me to understand the Sienta Hybrid, as this is my 2nd car. Went through the test drive and everything was in good condition. Made a 2k deposit and trade in my Perodua Viva at 10k. (Perodua Viva... car lover will know why I trade in..) The next day, Mr Marcus inform me that all doc. had been settled and can switch car. Just 1 day, everything settled. Really a big WOW at their speed and process! They didnt ask me much on my Perodua Viva as they will send for servicing, the switch over was quite fast also. Mr Macrus also offer us drinks when he heard that my wife felt warm at basement. Add points on that too! A promise for 6months warranty for gearbox and engine, the standard 2nd hand car protocol. Wear and tear self settlement. Well, fair enough as the major thing is those 2. But also hope the Sienta Hybrid dont fail me haha! Would rec ppl to try their service. I give them 8/10, because sure there will be rooms for growing and improvements. Like giving discount or free gift, which will make customers happy. Also, the Sienta was mention in the web page that have bluetooth but the actual LCD player dont have, which was kinda -1 because nowadays we using bluetooth more then FM radio. But after all the service is still good and they are open to share any concern. I might be wearing a mask in the picture, but I am really smiling under the mask hahaha! Edit on 29/3/22 > Mr Macrus willing to change my car cam FOC after knowing the previous one is faulty. Also the player change to a bluetooth ver. for a small service fee. They really help to follow up after the trade, not those get your money and is your problem kind of dealer. For that i give them 5 stars and 10/10.

Although a young company, Marcus and Eric has been exceptional. No-nonsense attitude and honest. Every fact about the used car was revealed truthfully to me and verifed after I brought to own workshop for check. Marcus kept me updated throughout the process and even followed up after handing over. Highly recommended dealer!

I decided to write this reviews only 2 weeks after my purchase of the car from this company to make this review a credible one. I texted Marcus on Tuesday, view the car on wednesday and collect/trade in my car on Thursday. I really enjoyed the process. Marcus was really patient and worked pass the company operating hours to ensure all paper work was done properly. The breakdowns of the cost in getting the car were explained clearly and no such thing as hidden cost. Everything were stated upfront. Marcus made the whole process really simple. Upon collection of car, he assured me on the after service which will be provided by the company and indeed they are man of words. They covered the necessary repair works which they promised with no hesitation and fuzz free for me. From the day I contacted Marcus and till date he had been replying promptly to all the queries I had. If there's a 6 stars for reviews the company will definitely earn it.
