Not the most glitzy establishments among a sea of car dealers but Igua Motoring is an honest-to-goodness business with your best motoring interest in mind. I was attended to by Mr. Mix Lim who is very articulate and courteous throughout the transaction process. He was patient enough to elaborate on the purchasing requirements and crunching out the financing numbers. Truly grateful for that especially since I am a first-time car buyer with not much knowledge for certain jargon and terms, unlike another company I contacted who expected you to know everything and just buy and leave! (Seriously car dealers, who not expect every license-holder to know what OMV, PARF or whatever really means, especially when it comes to offering a purchasing price. Some of us are just clueless.) After-sales experience was also commendable. I got into a minor traffic mishap with a motorcycle. Strangely enough, the first person I thought of calling was Mix Lim, who picked up my call immediately and like a mentor, advised and guided me on the dos and don'ts in dealing with these situations. Buy with confidence!
