β β β β β Very sad to say this is a very poorly run agency. Lulu the travel agent booked tickets for my family and her idea of booking is just picking the correct flight. Nevermind that we have an infant who is less than 2 years old, who was not even tagged to either my name or. my wife's name. And we are not even seated together when we booked the tickets a month before our flight and specifically requested for it. Not only did she not tell us this, when we called her she insisted that we cannot make request to sit together and started getting defensive and hostile. First and definitely the last time using this agency. If they don't qc and hire agents like her they should not be fit to run. I would give this negative stars.
