★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The bus seat is not comfortable. Being told that driver auto pass and licence are confiscated. Then the bus U-turn back to Malaysia meanwhile left us at the woodland custom.

I booked for my family 88 coach and at last come Bas Persiaran which is so damn old and when I questioned the lady at the counter( the only person there) , she said this is how 88 works when not enough bus. That’s ridiculous. Definitely not going to take this coach service ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus was somewhat run down and from another company (Merry/Meridian Holidays) and not their fleet shown on the website.
Return bus was VERY noisy and blowing hot air from the seat at the back, as good as no aircon.
Horrible experience. I don't think I will book this company again. If all express buses are like this, I'd rather fly budget.

My bus was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 am; it came at 10:20 am. During this time, the lady at the reception was not helpful at all. She kept telling us that the bus is delayed due to traffic jam nearby. When I checked the maps, it didn't show any jam nearby.
The bus was not in good condition. The flexible back rest was not functional for most of the seats. For many, the foot rest was broken.
