Ordered steamboat pot. The lid came and we consumer has to fix the knob on our own. While fixing half way the glass shattered everywhere. Feedback to them and they say is nothing wrong. Buy at your risk

Slightly concerned that the bundle price that was quoted increased when rhe staff sent the info via text a few minutes after we left the shop

sourced for several water dispenser and was torn between theirs and another brand’s. both had a flash sale previously on their shopee platform and I chose aerogaz, forgoing the other brand. took less than 5mins upon the start of their flash deal to purchase and proceeded to wait for several days. after waiting for several days, no updates was given, and out of a sudden, my order got cancelled. not a message was sent, a follow up was not even given. messaged aerogaz to clarify but got ignored. it’s okay if item is oos or if it’s due to some reason, & they have to cancel my order. at least inform beforehand or have the courtesy to reply when asked. it’s basic respect and manners. i guess aerogaz does not have any.

Poor quality products, hob having flame issue a few month after warranty period. Do not recommend Aerogaz

Just bought an Aerogaz double-boiler that seems to have no way of setting a customised time for boiling. There are only a few rigid preset times, making it inflexible for recipes other that those in their little complimentary cookbook. Emailed support detailing the issue and asked to bring the item to faraway (to me) Loyang Way - only to be told there's nothing wrong and the customised timer setting is for a delay function. Who would want to delay the start of heating/cooking for 9 hours and to 5 minute precision?? Someone probably didn't do their homework before deciding which generic China kitchen appliance to rebadge as an Aerogaz for sale here.

Edited to reflect 2020 purchase and service. We use their makro heater purchased in 2020, which suddenly started boiling on and off for no reason. The service guy (Santhosh?) informed me (lol) that I had bought the piece 6-7 years ago and said such heaters have wear and tear. Dude. Please check your invoice before accusing. After a lot of back and forth I asked him to guarantee that the issue would stop with his proposed solution and he said “no, ok will email you”. As slimey as a snake.

I am giving Aerogaz- local company a chance. Just placed order for a built-in oven and gas hob on 24 Dec 2020 (Thurs) and arranged to install on 28 Dec 2020 (Mon). Nice black design that matches the kitchen cabinets. The showroom at Loyang is worth visiting with lots of other products. Thanks to Aerogaz Sale person- Serene for her patience & recommendation...Received both Aerogaz built-in oven AZ-3201B & gas Hob AZ-262F (PUB) and installed today on 28 Dec 2020 as per expected delivery date and time. 2 Technicians came in this morning. Everything looks great. Thank you, Seller!!!

The showroom at loyang is definitely a place worthy of visits for anybody who requires electrical appliances or for those who are doing a big overhual of their kitchen or have just collected their BTO keys! There is always a galore of products ranging from electrical appliances to cooker hods and hobs. We bought our traditionally designed aluminium rice cooker after observing that their rice cookers have been widely used by several stalls at hawkers, caterers and cafeterias. And sources from these grapevines seemed to attest to its reliability. Given the low price for their aluminium rice cookers, we didn't hesitate in getting ourselves one that was of 1.5 litres calibration. And we also bought our pet parrot a metal fan for ventilation, it was powerful in generating wind but it is very noisy when it is used in very quiet environments, probably because of the metal blades. Their products are indeed value for money given the quality. The receptionist is also a very nice and helpful staff who assisted me in testing out the fan alongside her warehouse colleague and repacking the products for me. She was very patient in processing my purchases and I really enjoyed my trip to their showroom. I hope that the staff would continue to keep up their good work! Updated 11th March 2022: We have been using the aerogaz rice cooker almost every evening. It is very user friendly and all our grains and rice are nicely cooked with no mess at all. It is definitely a very good buy and I would highly recommend this product to anybody who wants a traditional rice cooker that is fitted with an aluminium interior pot. Highly recommended!
