★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tesseract Fitness gym has a great ambience and vibe. They have a full range of services from one to one Personal Training to group Boot camp session and even Sports Massage! ?????? Not to mention they have a 3D Smith Machine! Definitely not a common sight in the commercial gyms in Singapore.
Special shoutout to PT Nurhasilah for conducting awesome Bootcamp sessions every sunday. Each session is different - you will keep looking forward to it? Despite it being a group Bootcamp session, each exercise is adjusted to suit according to our individual capability!??
Important point - it is female friendly for all my sisters out there. You can start your fitness journey comfortably here with Tesseract Fitness ??????
