Yong Tau Foo served here had many choices...wide range of vegetable...niang dou foo of beancurd, chlli, beancurd skin, ngoh hiang, fried sausage wanton...etc
One could have choice of deep frying the pre-fried picks that really ups the ante
Pair it with yellow noodles, beehoon, kway teow, rice or chee cheong
Pay up and queue for your food and you can see the cook skillfully prepare the dish in front of you...some of them could even manage cooking with both hands concurrently
After that...add on your preferred seasonings...spring onion, deep fried shallots, yellow beans, sesame seed...and of course their sweet sauce and chilli sauce
