Best Chinese noodle restaurant in Singapore

D	David Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the scallop mee sua, came with 2 scallops. Didn’t take pic of the meals as it’s just mee sua. 1 scallop has this weird look. Anyway Took a bite and it tasted like sewage the moment i sinked my teeth into it and the stench can be felt on my tongue. Spit out immediately. Doesn’t accept any form of payment except cash. Don’t know why…. Also do take note of the receipt, they charge for service charge of 10% and round up as tips. Order needs to be made at the counter first. They only serve you the food later. Isn’t service charge means a customer gets seated at the table and a staff will get your order and serve u? Seems like a way to charge extra 10% for minimal service effort. 1stly, no food quality control. 2ndly, why no nets machine? Avoiding nets transaction fee maybe? 3rdly, service charge just for sending your meal to your table but not taking your orders at the table in the 1st place. I know all businesses needs to make money. But this one seems going super overboard with it.
S	Shawn Kok turbochicken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a frequent patron of the mall's F&B outlets and a fishball/bakchor noodles finatic, the atmosphere and aesthetics of the restaurant where very welcoming (an improvement from its predecessor). Adequately staffed, my dining experience with my family was pleasant. The restaurant has plenty of tables, leaving little space for maneuvering. On the food's quality, the way the noodles were cooked and their seasoning were somewhat close to the earlier taste (tangy-ness, pork lard, etc.). The soup was rich with minced pork but missing some traditional ingredients, for example "dang cai". The appearance of the fish balls seems handmade but they tasted about the same as any usual fish ball from your average fish ball noodles stall. The menu is inviting, with a bit of something for everyone. If it were to expand to include food that the young like, it would certainly attract more young families to dine in.

K	Kain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Mee sua & Mee pok. Flavorful and well cooked, I will recommend the pork liver as it taste like the one you try and fail to cook when having hotpot. Will come back again!
A	Angelina Angle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the Extra Value Meal $17.50 which comes in 2 x Specialty Noodle, 2 x Specialty Yuan Yan Soup- fishball and meatball and a soup with liver. I choose to dine in and the other half takeaway so need to add 30cents for takeaway. Fishball is soft and tasty,highly recommended. The meatball also good but prefer the fishball. Mee Pok is fine. Like the soup very much is tasty with a full 'pool' of minced meat, I finished up the soup. Will be back for the tasty fishball and soup. Service-wise,friendly and surprisingly served to our table. Thanks for the good service.

Glad I asked for chili to be separated from liver, don't really like the chili paste. Noodles in flavourful dark sauce is tasty, springy noodles. Pleasantly surprised they gave a bowl of soup. Overall satisfying meal, will return for second visit. Generous with the lard, but it is not crispy/ turned soft. Guy at the counter taking order is friendly and efficient. Thumbs up!

Food served in traditional ceramic bowls. Overall design is better than many other noodle franchise. Attentive staff. Only wish they have kopi. Highly recommended.
