Got 2 suits made there, perfect fit and perfect material, for half the price compared to orchard road

Nice and friendly uncle to deal with and the alteration of my pants was done nicely and good price given too?? Might come again to do alteration but see how things goes?

Super poor attitude. Old man resign Replace by young chap. As me change in public as his comment says no one will see. Never follow up when my pants arrive. Call to check. Need to call 4 times then got status. Gave contact. They mention nv give but somehow they can read out my contact when I'm reading out midway

Poor customer service and sarcastic. Went down to ask for alteration service to add extra pockets to some pants. Uncle insist it’s impossible & got the cheek to give analogy ‘if the head got cut off, cannot put back together right?’. No offence but just because a bunch of old men cant do something doesnt mean it cannot be done. It’s a matter if you want or dont want to do the job. Im happy i managed to find a seamstress who can do what I needed. Ai Mee dont even deserve a star but what to do, need to put star to write review.

Rude customer service. Can get way better service and tailored clothes at that kind of price. Would even give NEGATIVE stars if possible. Tailor obviously doesn't care about customers' feedback, judging that all the poor reviews here are still left unresponded by him.

Bad experience and workmanship - would have given 0 stars if possible I tailored one shirt to try out at Ai Mee Tailor 1 month ago. It was by a middle aged man who assured me that their shirts are wrinkle resistant for the cloth i chosen. When i went to do my fitting, it was to my horror that the inner cloth was not what i chosen. Instead they used a fanciful flowery design which is totally what i hated as opposed a plain dark colour that i chosen. Apparently, the guy said that the colour i chosen was out of stock and tried to call me. However, i am sure i did not receive any call and they should seek my decision before changing. Instead i had to keep calling them to ask when my order was ready (more than 2 weeks). I reluctantly took it in the hope that the material will be good, wrinkle free as promised and i could come back and do another one again. I tried it out again back at home and the cutting was not fitting, with some baggy parts at the sides. The worst thing was that it wrinkles badly after wash! In conclusion, i would highly NOT recommend this tailor due to the bad delivery and fake promises.
