The therapists and TCM practitioner who attended to me were very professional, and the treatments were effective in relieving my aches and pains. Environment is clean and relaxing as well. Would strongly recommend it to family and friends.

She always checks in on me halfway to ensure Im comfortable and all's well. If you are looking for tuina/massage, you'll be in good hands with Apple. She's very skilled, knowledgeable and very friendly. We have good conversations despite our language barriers. They know I can barely speak mandarin so they put in effort to communicate with me as best as possible whenever my translator is not with me. So even if you can't speak mandarin, just get a friend to book for you and to explain to them your issues and all will be smooth. Highly highly recommended!

Reasonable fees. Baguan and Guasha are FOC, included in the massage fees. Additional fees if you opt to use their TCM oil. Very clean and tidy environment too. Pleasantly surprised to find such good quality TCM clinic in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended ??????

For desperately making money, the doctor/ masseuse just recommend everything, tui na, zheng jiu, ba guang etc. it seems like they’re just trying to boost their revenue by recommending all these treatment. Does not recommend at all.

After the tuina, the numbness in my left leg happened frequently losing even more strength. When I contacted them, they claimed to be because my metabolism is not good and it can't be their tui na. Throughout the tui na process, i highlighted several time that it is too painful, masseur only reduce her strength when the physician mentioned that for my case she shouldn't exert too much strength. Needle were administered thereafter, i noticed my left leg were bleeding slightly after they 起针, not sure if it's normal. When i enquire about what i should do in the interim while i wait for my report for them to take a look, they replied me to '慢慢等吧!'. The customer service is appalling. 完全没有医德。
