Ordered hazelnut coffee but I realized it was peppermint coffee instead when only I reached home. Contacted customer service but no response. Disappointed. Not a fans of Peppermint,my drinks was wasted.

I ordering a milk tea ice the taste I just like milk ice blend . Totally doesn’t have the tea taste like other outlet that I try before . Very disappointed of this . I thought standard of the tea should be the same ? And even they given wrong topping . Will never order again at this outlet .

SOMEMORE I THEY KEEP ON IGNORING ME. NEVER TALK TO ME WHEN I ASK IF ITS REALLY CLOSE. IM VERY TIRED FROM MY WORK I JUST WANT A COLD DRINK. I UNDERSTAND THAT ITS LATE ALREADY BUT DONT JUST IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS!!!!! PLS CHECK YOUR CCTV FOR PROOF!!! IM WORKING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO BUT THIS IS THE WORST!!!! I am from St Andrews and I am primary 5 I am disappointed with their brown sugar milk and strawberry cheese. I was expecting the brown sugar in brown sugar milk to taste a little more caramelised/burnt, but it tasted sickening sweet. The strawberry from strawberry cheese is made of concentrate, taste like those $1 bubble tea.

Terrible bubble tea. Ordered through grab on 15-Dec: 1) Brown Rice Milk Tea - Horrible taste.. it waz nothing like how this usually taste like (this is my go-to drink at EAC). No tea taste and it tasted medicinal?! Barely drank this and dumped it all away 2) Jasmine Green Milk Tea - Horribly sweet for little sugar.... Am a huge EAC fan but this outlet was by far the worst outlet i've tried. Please QC on the staff preparing the drinks.

My very first time to try but end up I feel very disappointed with their drink. I ordered brown sugar boba milk and the taste was extremely sweet without any fragrance of brown sugar. I will never buy any kind of drink from them again

Ordered 4 cups of peppermint. 1 20% without pearl but they got the easy way out by having all 4 50%. The last time ordered pearl red milk tea also wrong order.

I hope i could rate 0 star but google don allow me to do. Very bad customer service, will never patronize 'each a cup', esp poize outlet. The lady in the front (frontdesk..?) charge me the price of the bbt as of the banner and menu. However, when i am about to start paying the lady who is in charge to brew bbt step out and charge me addtional 50cents. I told her that the banner and menu indicate is as of what the frontfesk has charged me. She commented the banner and menu is not updated . I told her since is not updated so you shouldnt charge me but they insists of me paying and told me they alr feedback to their boss...etc. so suck thumb, i pay for it. I should really just walk away regret purchasing it because when they are brewing i heard they are commenting about the situation and the lady who charge me 50cents and brewing was using vulgarities. Hello, i know is only 50cents but since is not updated is their fault what. At least pls strike off or remove the banner. Also, the attitude of the staff seriously need to be corrected pls. SO RUDE.I am looking at the reviews in poiz and there so many bad reviews. Pls do sth .
