This is a place with a humourous doctor, abeit the bad reviews, which i feel the doctor to not deserve. I have been there for treatments for the past 3 years and I thought I should write something true as well. I seen patients raising voices or even shouting at the doctor over ART/PCR test which was plain rude.

Front counter team deserves 5 stars for the positive spirit and attitude. Was apprehensive before visiting the clinic as there were many poor reviews and they weren't too responsive via phone call. Nonetheless, dropped by around 11am and unfortunately they were undergoing deep cleaning for about an hour. We returned around 3pm and were pleasantly surprised at the relatively short wait time. Everything was professionally handled and we managed to see the doctor quite quickly. PCR test was slightly uncomfortable (not unexpected) but doctor's sense of humour made it better. Give this place a chance and don't let the negative reviews deter you. Treat others with respect, courtesy and understanding and I'm sure you will receive the same :)

This clinic is actually pretty decent for run of the mill illness. I've regularly been able to get my BP prescription without too much bother; and doctor did try and adjust the dosage so that its more economical, whilst keeping dosage identical to what I need. Been visiting for other illness that my family had as well; thus far fuss-free and quite fast. I don't have a bad experience with this clinic; all good thus far and I hope it stays that way. My calls were pre-clinic visit were promptly attended to. Only gripe is waiting time for medicine/bills. It takes a awhile, but I'm OK with that. Hopefully we can shorten wait time for meds and patients can pay and leave faster! This pandemic is a headache, just want to say a big thanks to all the nurses/docs on call in this clinic, scrubbing it down every time there's a positive case. I hope my original BP doc comes back again! Muscular gym doc. :)

Poor service. The moment I step in, the receptionist asked me the purpose of my visit. I only started explaining I had a fever 3 days ago, she cut me off and say they don't accept walkin anymore and ask me to go to another clinic. I looked around and only saw like less than 5 patients sitting around. Maybe they only want to serve lucrative PCR tests and avoid real patients with covid risks. Fortunately the other clinic took me in and diagnosed me with dengue fever. Would be dangerous if not detected coz I got turned away

Very unpleasant experience! I went to the clinic for a covid swab test after having tested positive at home and called DA online, and the doctor told me to either to a supervised ART or go to clinic. I tried to call for the supervised ART first, nobody answers the call, so I decided it would be easier to go to the clinic, but I was so wrong. After I went, they told me I need a referral from the doctor. I told them it's their doctor (DA) and he didn't tell me I need referral. They didn't have any record and didn't want to give me the swab test. After 30 min of waiting, I told them I would see their doctor again (and pay for another consultation) to get my swab test done. As I was feeling tired, sick and upset, I told them I would go home and if they can send me the results of the test. They said I would get the notification from MOH the evening. It's been almost 24h and I still do not have my test results. Of course, I am trying to call them but what's the point, nobody answers the call... Besides feeling tired & sick from covid, I had to deal with extra stress to get the positive test and be able to report it officially. And on top of it, I feel frustrated and a waste of time to having chosen DA near my place, because obviously it was a very wrong choice. I recommend you find another clinic if you don't want extra stress on top of your sickness...

Visited the clinic twice and both times we couldn’t see a doctor due to no doctor on duty. The first time was in December for ART test in the evening. The 2nd time is on 10Feb afternoon. If the doctor is not available, should arrange some back up doctors? If I see the comments below, it happened many times already.

This is my first time time going to this clinic for health screening and shall be my last. I have upgraded my package to have a more in depth check. when i at the clinic, i had to remind the staffs over again if they have tested everything for my upgraded package as they have been missing out some of the tests required. Apart from that, few weeks later after test, i have tried calling the hotline several times in regards to my report and no one seems to get back to me. I understand that they might be busy but would appreciate if someone can get back to me few days later. I have called once a week just to check back on the app not showing test report status but no one can give me an indication on why is my report not appearing on the app, they just simply inform me to create the account (which i did) Just really disappointed with the service that i have received

I book an ART test at 9:30AM on a a Sunday (for same day volunteering event) I came in before the the appointment time, and found a piece of paper saying they are closed due to no doctor. Emergency situation happens, I understand. However, someone should have contacted me and cancel my booking from the back end. I couldn't cancel on my end (too near appt time), and the online booking only allows you to have ONE booking at a time. Walk in PET test is TRIPLE the cost - and there are reasons I do online booking. I saw Google review and apparently this is not the first time. If you know people already pre-booked, it is just the decent thing to do to inform them ASAP and cancel their booking from the back end, knowing they can't even book a new one.
