★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very rude and not trying to help when i asked him questions. They judge you and not serve you if you dont look like paying customers. Worst service and i didnt asked to be judged, just wanted to browse.
I went on 14 july at 3pm, hope the management can do something about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad encounter! Bought the recumbent bike and delivery on 15/5/21. Delivery incomplete and missing the underneath screw stopper cause the bike shaky during cycling. The display also not functioning probably. No display of the heart beat and sadly technician attend without parts for troubleshooting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a terrible experience. Despite the many negative reviews online, I've tried to give it a chance and came all the way down from taka. The staff is very unfriendly. I've tried explaining my situation many times but he doesn't bother to try understand it. Become defensive and keep telling me the stuff don't work even without trying to brainstorm how to fit or discuss other solutions. Frustrated. I left without buying although I've intention to do so at the beginning.
