Had a small hiccup during delivery, the wrong model was sent to me. But the staff at Aik Chin Hin were very quick to help resolve the issue, they came down to exchange the item with the correct one within the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website was user friendly. Contacted them through their WhatsApp link, which was very responsive. Made the order, payment and confirmation all on WhatsApp . Delivery was noted to be within 3 working days, but purchase was delivered the next day in good order.
Excellent staff, service and system. Will definitely use them again.

Also there's a 7 days exchange policy if defective & they have their own service repair dept. We'll buy from them!
