โ โ โ โ โ I bought some items on 27 Oct 20. I paid for them using NETS. I didn't check the amount until yesterday (5 Nov 20) when I updated my bank passbook. To my dismay, I found that I had overpaid for the items. I called the company and the lady told me to bring my items there for her to verify the amount.
When I arrived, one staff (Judy, I think) came to attend to me. After checking, she found that the cost of the items came to $8.70 but I paid $87 for them. She then concluded that there could be a mistake in keying in an extra zero. She refunded me the difference.
I was not optimistic when I went there, but she was kind enough to accept my explanation and gave me a refund. Thank you very much!
I strongly recommend this shop as there is a great variety of things available and the staff there is friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

โ โ โ โ โ The Store itself - has a good variety of items which are fairly well organized.
Service - Being there for the 1st time, nothing beats asking the young proprietess Ms Quek for assistance. You get instant answers and she gives advice on what the items are for or how they can be used for best effects, what to avoid etc. She knows her stuff and is helpful when I had to exchange some item which i found not so suitable when I got home. Of course i brought the things bk the next day in an untouched condition.

โ โ โ โ โ The old boss who have been on the shop for a long time was amazing and very patient but once the younger women have taken over him, the purchasing experience was just terrible. The younger women should learn how to be patient like the old boss.

โ โ โ โ โ Went in looking for an m10 thread screw and they said that they had it in stock but canโt sell it to me. I asked why and they said itโs because they had a bunch of other stock and boxes covering it so cannot access โ and cuz they were closing they were reluctant to move the stock to get it for me lol. Rude af and unneccessarily paggro ill take my business elsewhere then.

I have brought a base coat paint from them . As their paint is not sold regularly to contractors, their paint is kept very long and spoilt.
When I opened the can , the paint is spoilt .
I call them about the spoilt paint , they just tell me to return and hang up on me !
Not an apology from them โฆ
And they tell me no paint , no refund ! So rude !
I know itโs not their fault, but they are the authorise dealer .
At least , should feels that I have to return them from afar โฆ
When I reach the shop for refund , they donโt even give a f โฆ about it . As if nothing happenedโฆ
