★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numerous issues with the digital lockset after being installed few weeks back. Technicians have taken it apart at least 2-3 times and issues still not resolved. Yale refuses to do 1-to-1 replacement even though their End User warranty clause 6 states "A one to one replacement will be possible if there is more than 2 defects repair work reported within the full warranty period."
Issues over the last month:
1) Alignment issue (Apparently no count)
2) Mortise issue
3) Battery drains fast + latch issue (apparently the latch will get stuck if you don't pull hard enough but at the Tiong Bahru showroom it was easy to open with 2 fingers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yale fingerprint sensor is a joke. Bough YDD424 gate lock twice. Both times spoil within 2 years. Then they tell you because battery leak, so sensor cannot work but password access is still fine. YOU NEED to change battery at regular interval and cannot depend on the lock telling you when it is batt low.
