During the covid crisis this place would have queues outside and there's a good reason why seeing as to how much they have. Constantly stocked with all sorts of flour etc. Strongly recommend coming here for all your baking needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ailin bakery has all sorts of baking products. Moreover, their prices are definitely cheaper than supermarkets and other baking shops.
Owner is really nice and patient, he has recipes pasted around the shops for you to reference too as well.
Their in-house Sarawak pineapple paste are the go to if you're thinking of making pineapple tarts. It uses purely pineapple without adding other substitutes.
A highly recommended bakery to visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The missus’ new fave bakery shop as they have Sarawak pineapple pulp, which is tasty and not too sweet. They do have safe entry and 5 person max restriction, but sometimes there is no staff to check or enforce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The uncle is just very rude.... Asked the uncle why the styrofoam is dirty and he shouldn't sell a dirty styrofoam at an overpriced price. His reply (in a demeaning tone in front of other customers), "This one can wash using water. If you don't want to buy, then don't buy. Simple." Ok.... Anyway, I had no choice but to purchase it since I needed it urgently. Btw its $8 for this 6inch(L) by 2inch(H) dirty styrofoam. And $12.20 for a larger one, fair enough for this since there's no defects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sells quite complete item for bakery. It is located outside the malls. Might not need to check in inside the building to go in.
The operating hours might be a bit different. I came 5pm plus however the shop sign is till 5pm only and at google still till 6pm. However, we are still allowed to go in and shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop was small BUT it have lots of baking supplies. The pineapple paste is super yummy amd less sweet.
They also sell in small qty baking needs ingredients.
Recommended must go!
