AIMS Immigration & Relocation Specialist

I am thinking a lot about writing this review, as I do not want to disturb your business, but sorry I have no choice and it already reached the max of my patience. I do not know how you run your business, but based on the number of emails I sent to you AND RECEIVE ZERO REPLY, it shows how unprofessional, and how well you treat your customer (who already paid). In the beginning when your staff pursued me to follow your service, I could get replies from your side within an hour, if not minutes to convince me to pay to initiate the contract. But once we requested to terminate the contract and get refund, it took months, if not years, to get a single reply. I started the contract in 2018, by April 2021, I requested to terminate and get the refund (after 2.5 years). Up to now (near a year) what I received was just: - Automatic replies - Or a promise - Or a delay that my request has been sent to the management department - Or an excuse that the responsible staff is on holiday and need to wait to be back ... And for the recent 2-3 months, although I sent multiple email I received ZERO reply. I sent emails not only to the staff who is responsible for my case, but also to the main staffs, to the essessment@ aims.sg, to the CEO…. But ZERO reply. And when I really start pushing with many emails from late 2021, its looks like they ignored me from monthly update about my case as well. Recently when I messaged on Facebook messenger, there is NO READ. But the funny thing is when I use another facebook account to ask for an assessment, then I get replies, which I know from an actual person, not an automatic reply. It is clear that you are playing with your customer. I am well educated, patient enough, calm enough, polite enough, I don’t want to trigger any arguments on social media, I don’t want to disturb any other’s business. But it already reached the limit of my patience. You cannot play with our hard-earned money this way. This is not several dollars or several hundred dollars. This is near 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS. What you behaved really showed your deep disrespectful attitude towards your customers. I suggest people do thorough research about your immigration service before signing the contract to make sure you are dealing with proper service, with the proper mindset, and with enough professionality. Or otherwise you just waste your money, your time, and your hope ! Please raise question why there are many 1* review on their google review (which usually got so many likes). Are you willing to pay thousand of dollars for a service with 1* reviews even more than 5* ? Why their facebook page has no review section ? Why a facebook page with neat 100.000 likes but there is no reaction or no comment in each post ? Its simple to explain. To AIMS: you do not need to reply to me here or ask me to email to assessment@ aims.sg (like what you did with the previous review) to settle the problem. I sent already enough and I RECEIVE ZERO REPLY. From what I am writing here you can recognize me from numerous emails I sent to multiple staffs in AIMS recently, and my name is clear here. If you are willing to solve my case, just simply reply my email telling me the solution and the deadline. Or if you want to play with your customer’s money, destroy your company's image, and want to play seek and hide, keep going !! SPEECHLESS !!!!

AIMS SG with 15+ years of experience has one of worst customer service in the industry. I have been chasing them for more than a year since they acknowledged to process my refund, but nothing happened. Over last few months, most of the people who got the file have left or stopped responding. There top management is in the loop and still no update. They are not even responding let alone start the refund process. I am continuously spreading the good word about this org in my network and after a year, I am forced to drop this review. FYI, they will ask to drop email on all assessment and other emails, rest assure unless you give them money they will not entertain and once they have your money, if your application is successful only then you can hope support or else good luck.

Our migration plans didnt work out as plan due to Covid or it's just not meant to be but Pearce fufilled his promise for the refund as we are eligible for it. Although it's paid in parts due to hard times, we need their business to survive in order to get our refunds back right. Their business is legit but migration is not meant for everyone but we should also play our part if it's something that we really want... Not everyone is willing to pursue ielts hard enough or take up another language or keep applying for jobs postings to help them to help us and then we also need some luck with the points system... and if we missed opportunities due to aged as we dragged too long, often times, we choose to blame someone else...do ask urself if u have done ur part before putting a bad review... no regrets for me that it didnt work out but i will seek them again when opportunities arises for my children in future... Keep surviving AIMS team!

Got my 190 PR from AIMS. I was referred by a friend and there’s no regret using their services. There were different staff handling my case at different stages and they have been very professional throughout. I’m thankful to have AIMS handling my application eventhough my case was a littler bit tricky. I highly recommend their services. Thank you AIMS!

We’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with AIMS. Aside from the initial salesperson Adeline who later disappeared and was unresponsive, it’s been an endless series of non-replies and resignation auto replies since submitting our final information one year ago. The consulting advice was of limited help - they did not consider our situation or think a few steps ahead to suggest any strategies to get our PR. We spent so much time and energy, and even extra money on top of the THOUSANDS of dollars they charged, to get our paperwork in order, send over loads of confidential information, and have no idea where it disappears to. We have been chasing multiple contact points via email for THREE MONTHS and have not gotten any reply that is not generic (“rest assured”.. “we will update you”… “nothing due to covid”… “we cannot promise anything”), except for emails saying that Emelaine, Sui Jeen, Pamela, Su Yi, Ksenia have all left. We have been transferred to an offshore team that has stopped replying us after two messages and refused to set up any meetings or calls. This company just exists to reassure you and give you hope, get you to gather documents and then disappears into thin air. I don’t even know if their license for Australia is valid anymore. Their MD has also not replied anything. The worst thing is that even if we withdraw and get our refund we don’t know what happens to our information and future correspondence. I don’t even believe we can get our partial refund back based on what they sell you. You do all the work gathering and notarising and certifying documents and taking tests, and they have all your information, your money, and they disappear. The reviews are mostly 1 star or 5 star - are you willing to risk being considered a 1 star client like us and waste your time and money? ** Update: We have since heard from them with a useful update - their Australia team was undergoing some significant reorganisation. Hoping for better communication and more active support in future. Will continue to update if the next few months improves.

We are infinitely grateful for the excellent services we received from AIMS and have been recommending your company to family and friends. Thank you AIMS for getting my AU citizenship. I used their service for my PR application almost 10 years ago and now got my citizenship approved. Throughout the entire journey, they have been very realistic and helpful. I have also referred a few of my friends which a couple received the approval and the other group gotten the invitation.
