Small area only and be careful when reached the little pond there because there is a big cobra living beside the pond on the left side of the pond under the tree and its a very black fella. A simple kiss will send you strait to your dreams if you're alone, lol ?

Just a few meters behind an opening in the fence beside the heritage tree. A relic of the past. Someone placed a stool inside the bunker for a photo op.

incredibly easy to find thanks to other reviewers (just behind the heritage tree in the huge parking lot). your phone won't be a strong enough flashlight, and you probably won't want to wear shorts if planning to go all the way in

Easy to find, 20 meters behind the heritage tree in the carpark. Just follow the well trodden track. Very intriguing, but didn't go in, not appropriately attired

An interesting experience, entrance is near the tree. Do remember to bring your torchlight if you wanna explore the bunker.

It's one of the easiest abandoned places to find. The bunker is small so don't expect too much. Once you're done here, visit the Keppel Hill reservoir which is a short hike away.

My visit to the Seah Im Bunker closes the 3 Keppel Hill historical attractions. (Bunker, Reservoir & Tomb) It all can be done in one go. It starts at the Seah Im carpark, there a huge icon heritage Kapok tree leads to the entrance. It requires to sneak around the fence and after a view steps, much closer as expected, the Bunker can already be seen. There is practically no public information about this (as well as other unknown) Bunker at Keppel Hill, but it was likely built before WWII and used as a storage place for equipment and ammunition or even the imprisonment of prisoners-of-war. It is however not clear. It is quite easy to enter the about 1 meter entrance but it gets completely dark afterwards. The main Bunker has a hight of about 2.5 meter. (And here I realised that my hand phone flashlight is merely a toy and of no use) A picture from the inside Bunker is therefore ‘borrowed’. An old rusty pipe next to the entrance is most likely a remaining water pipe from the Keppel Hill Reservoir. On the left side a steep uphill pass is the way towards the Reservoir. (Even an experienced hiker may better use the installed ropes for better safety. After rain its slippery and should be avoided!) Seah Im Road began as a private road in the early 20th century. It was built at the request of Ang Seah Im (died in 1927), a wealthy Hokkien tin mining businessman with properties at Telok Blangah. In 1907, the Municipal Commission named it Seah Im Road, after Ang Seah Im met the requirements of installing lighting, fences and embankments on his new private road. One of the early notable landmarks at Seah Im Road was the Keppel Harbour Community Centre, built by the Social Affairs Ministry in 1957 at a cost of $40,000. The People’s Association took over and manage it in 1960. The community centre served the Telok Blangah residents well for more than two decades until the early eighties.
