The staff are very rude and actively avoids our table but goes to a table with plenty of girls. Took us 1 hour just to call them to our table. Plenty of eye contact was made and they just ask us to wait

Been coming here for 2+ years (since pre-pandemic) and haven’t had any problems until today. We arrived at 3pm, since the google maps schedule said it was opening time. On arrival we saw one of the staff still prepping the outdoor tables. We asked him what time they start, he said 4:30pm. Fine. We went to another pub to order a couple of pints while waiting. Came back to al capone’s at 4:40pm, another staff member greeted us rudely. She said “she doesnt know who told us they open at 4:30pm but they only start at 5pm”. Then she only allowed us to wait outside, when in fact the whole place was empty and we could have sat at one of the tables. Mind you, it was also about to rain. Needless to say i wont come back here anytime soon.

This is the 4th Al Capone's outlet I've been recently. Good deal for Heineken bottles and Guinness pints. They don't serve Heineken tower here though. Food is good as well. Big crowd on a Friday evening, I'll be back for sure.

Nice open-air place. The only issues are if it's raining. Pack with a lot of people

Absolutely abysmal place. I don't see any reason why anyone should come back a second time unless civilisation had collapsed and this is the only place where you can find alcohol. Service was horrendous, took us 30minutes to order and get 2 cans of ginger ale. Upon checking, staff kept saying that it’s coming. Very tempted to ask if it’s coming from another continent, seeing the time it takes to reach. Can’t even get them to service you either, everytime we wave at them, they will say later. Outdoor setting was dirty and hot. Worms were constantly invading our chairs, table and food. Table and chairs were dirty. Understandable as it was outdoor seating but the staff doesn't even bother to clean up before seating us. Food was plain. Compulsory to order before you enter, what more can I say about this kind of scummy requirement that is not even practised in other outlets. Lastly, they tried to charge us more than what we ordered. Honestly, other outlets elsewhere is fine. Not sure what is wrong with this particular one. Only saving grace is the cheap bottle price but then again, you can get that elsewhere too. So really, why would anyone want to visit this outlet

Have been to this place only once, but enjoyed the food and the ambiance. The staff was very accommodating. Loved their pizza and chicken wings. The prices are reasonable and the portions are big as well. Make reservations before you go there and highly recommend this place for gatherings for an affordable price with outdoor seating

A good place to stop by after shopping in orchard road. Liquors are in reasonable price. Must try their lamb stew, very nice!!! But their pizza is not good, sauce and cheese taste like nothing.

Nothing too serious here. Just casual bar food for hangouts. Mediocre pizza and tough wings. Nice chili sauce and decent service though. Come for drinks.
