★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lamb shank. If you guys are into it, give it a try. Out of a dozen lamb shanks I've tried so far, their's is the most tender. Gravy is a tad savoury, but goes very well with the crispy garlic bread.
Pair it with a pint of Guinness draught, and there's nothing much better it can get on a slow Tuesday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very bad. Very rude Manager, he claimed himself as manager and treat customer with very bad altitude. We made a reservation for 10 pax but he insisted that we booked for Saturday as he didnt want to give us table due to large crowd on Friday night. Definitely never going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE MANAGER! We felt like we were unwelcome by the manager with his bad attitude and gestures, indirectly asked us if we are willing to spend before giving us a table. My friends and I have enjoyed great times at other Al Capone’s branches since 2016 but this experience at Tiong Bahru’s branch definitely ruined its reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience. We reserved seats for 10 people for Friday night but the staff there insisted the reservation is for Saturday. Had this vibe of being unwelcomed due to us having a crowd of 10 people. Not really sure if they’re afraid of us occupying large space and not ordering much.. In fact, it was a birthday party and we are planning on spending quite a fortune in that place. Too bad. Never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good but customer service is quite bad, whole environment is noisy and one of the worker claim himself as manager . It is not fair to us and he came over to complain us that we are too noisy. Haiyaaaa if you feel noisy, why not open shop as fine dinning? If you are a manager position and u treat customer with this kind of attitude, are you sure your position is manager or just a tiny worker to show off?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service we were made to feel very welcome. Drinks and food are decent. It would be good to have IPA on tap as well as larger and Guinness. As others have mentioned charging for water isn't great but gave five stars because of the good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the cheapest beer in town. Ordered The Al Capone’s Platter and “The City” Manhattan Pizza and both were surprisingly good. Staff were attentive. Nothing to complain about.

Every time we dine, we always felt welcome and comfortable. Service floor Team , Sweet and very approachable Ms. AISHA ?, attentive sir SUNNY ?, all are very accommodated and given their exceptional service with their guest like us.
Food were tasty and delicious especially Lamb Chop one of our favourite, gravy and marination were OUTSTANDING! Kudos to the young Chef TABISH.
THANK SO MUCH team Al Capone’s Singapore here at Tiong Bahru we will surely come back and dine. Keep up the good work ????
