No idea why there are bad reviews here. It was my first visit to this clinic and both the clinic assistant and Dr Toh were very thorough in checking my medical history. I went for pain relief of what I suspected was a migraine and Dr Toh explained to me why it wasn’t a migraine, difference between a migraine and a tension headache etc. He was also very meticulous and thorough in his examination e.g. measuring my blood pressure, temperature. I would highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for someone who is experienced and meticulous :)

did a pcr test here based on a friend's recommendation but ended up not getting my results at all. When you call their number, it redirects you to someone's personal number, not related to the clinic at all. Doing my test here has caused me so much inconvenience and stress. Now I have no proof of negative results and cannot proceed with my trip. DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!

I can understand why the bad reviews here. Dr Toh is a very sweet, thorough elderly Doctor whom without a sliver of doubt very respected and knowledgeable in his field. His punctuality/management/staff nurses/administrators are a different story altogether. Rude and lack of empathy aside, there are two SERIOUS lapses I need to highlight. Quite shocking that such a clinic is allowed to operate by MOH as a Quick Test Centre! 1) my 7 y.o child given medication more than ONE YEAR past it’s expiration. Only discovered when got home, went back to the clinic again only to be told that they ran out of this particular drug and that expired medicine can still be used. I checked with my circle of friends from healthcare and they remarked that it was weird as dispensaries are usually obsessive about expiry dates. BIG RED FLAG! 2) the administrator totally forgot to upload a batch of positive ART results to MOH. We called to check four days later, as it was odd that we have yet to receive a notification from HPB regarding self isolation protocols. The administrator herself admitted. ANOTHER RED FLAG! I’m sure it’s a very difficult time for all healthcare workers and doctors during this pandemic wave, and I guess it all adds up. Well, Im just thankful nothing too serious came out of this, but I suppose I need to get my personal story out as cautionary tale.

The receptionist at this clinic is so rude. You have to tell the receptionist what is wrong with you before they will let you see the doctor??? . I went in at 3.40pm and she told me the doctor was finished for the day and that I should go to another clinic. I’ve tried to go three times and she would only allow me to see the doctor once.

My experience is just wow,.. I was rejected by the nurse to see the Doc at the Front desk, she literally told me that they don’t see the patients with Flu symptoms at Night!!! She said she was told to do so as it is instruction from the Doc. She said that they need to wear all PPE to do swap test on them. I was like whattt? Shouldn’t a doc see the patient regardless of any symptoms of they are having. Now they just rejected patient like that because they don’t want to wear PPE and carry out swap test at night ? I brought my mom who is coughing and my cousin is having runny nose. They have visited this clinic before. As my mom like how Dr.Richard is very patient and professional , she insisted to go to this clinic only. We wasted our 45 mins trip to the clinic and my poor mom is just tired with heavy breathing. Please do not Visit this clinic if you are having flu symptoms. You will waste your time and energy. The nurse is so rude and unprofessional. They should just close the clinic if they don’t want to accept the patients.

Doctor is fine but it was difficult to hear what he was saying even after asking him to repeat. My appointment was done outside where it was noisy and his mask muffled his speech. Disappointed in the reception staff as they are rude, incredibly slow in which I waited 20 min to see the doctor (no one else was there) then an additional 30 min for my medicine.

Old school GP for swab test. We did the free swab test and reporting, then paid separately for a consultation and medication. Under the MOH health scheme, its an extra $5-10 depending on medication given. Swab and consult done out of doors. Very detailed physical exam, checked eyes, nose, throat, listened to chest, tapped the lungs. Took special care to examine hands, feet, limbs and back when I mentioned there was a rash on her hands and feet to rule out dengue and HFMD. Given sensible advice to go to ER only if: temperatures are above 40 deg after medication and not controlled, if there were difficulties breathing, if pulse oximeter readings dropped below 95%.

Doctor was good but the receptionist's service was terrible. Seemed frightened of me when I mentioned covid-like symptoms (I tested negative alr). During payment, I was out of cash, asked if I could pay by card. Receptionist said it's a small amount and they wouldn't want to incur admin fee for it. Was told to withdraw from ATM nearby. While everything was reasonable, words and tone were badly brought across. Will give 0/5 for her service.
