I’m writing this review at 115am as I’m waiting beside my car with two tyres fixed and the remaining two taken out. The recovery truck apparently ran out of battery halfway and with no proper apology or explanation, the service guy said he has to go back to the workshop to recharge the truck. Still in disbelief that the 24 hour truck I called for to fix my tyres needs to be fixed themselves. Firstly, I called for them to come fix my car punctured Tyre. Car was parked at my office car park. But when they arrived, I was asked to drive out to another road to look for them with the reason being they can’t enter the mall car park cause of height restrictions. As if this isn’t bad enough, their own truck broke down halfway while fixing the tyres. As of this moment, service recovery zero. I had to call the boss who had no clue what was happening. After explaining, he simply said it’s not within expectation that his service truck will break down. So right now I’m stranded roadside with a car that only has two wheels fixed and they can’t even give me a proper time as to when they are coming back to fix the remaining two wheels. Yes, some circumstances may be unexpected but the service recovery is far from satisfactory. At least give me a proper time and a proper solution rather than leave my car roadside with two wheels removed.

Ah Ye was super helpful, first time changing tyres and he explained to us in detail what we don’t know. Found out our rims was messed up and he recommended for us at affordable rates. Tyres are also cheaper compared to autobacs and their quality and service is top notch! Will definitely be back in the future.

Recently decided to upgrade my rims & tyres, so went down to AL tyres at Paya Lebar. Make some enquiries with Ah Sen, who was very patient & helpful in helping me choose the right rims, tyres, size, offset, etc. The rim I wanted had no stock & he went all out to get one delivered from their woodlands outlet. Waited around 1 hr but was worth it. Nitrogen was used in all tyres & AL gives life time free inflating of nitrogen into the tyres. Overall $1550 well spent.

Superb place for tyres, rims and car alignment. You can ask for the same staff (Kim) that helped my father with his vehicle. Very friendly and efficient crew ?

Brought my car to AL in late evening to patch a nail hole in one of the tyres. Served by Ah Wu. Price is reasonable and out front. Very professionally handled and explained. Great experience.

Professional and Patience lady staff. I assume she is the supervisor there. Provided recommendations for my needs and service was performed promptly, forgotten to ask for her name. Boss Andy was also very friendly and humble to introduce himself. Thank you ???????
