★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today visited Bukit Merah outlet, the service was outstanding to customer needs. Request for replacement of tyres which is currently out of stock. Staff was responsive to sourcing of our required tyres and was being delivered and replaced within a short working hours. Excellent customer support was provided by the 2 staff station at Bukit Merah.

The 2 staff there was super friendly and was able to explain to me all the details with regards to my questions and managed a good selection on the tires. The tire change and alignment was done professionally and in no time at all it was completed. Thank you so much!!!
I do really wanted to highlight the 2 friendly staff there at the BM branch, they were super helpful and sincere. Please keep them or even better give them a good thumbs up / bonus as we're nearing the end of the year and the festive season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful service by Ah Ye. He was responsive and able to help me with all the enquiries. Most importantly he has ready stock for my 225/50 R18 tyres. The prices of the tyres are reasonably priced too.
They have a air con area with sofa that allow customers to “escape” from the hot weather while waiting for the tyres to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year ago, purchased four brand new tires from the shop in Bukit Merah, and got an alignment. Specifically, I showed them that the previous tires were very worn on the outside rim and asked them to check. They told me they did. A couple weeks ago, I noticed that the same wear was happening on the front tires that were only in for a year. I took the car in for a servicing and the mechanic noticed that this outfit didn’t tighten the tie rods (see photo), which caused the wear. So this morning, went back to the shop to ask them to replace the tires - not for free, just at their cost, since their screw up led to the wear. They offered me a $5 off their normal price per tire (so $210 instead of $215) and insisted that was fair the best they could do! They actually thought they should profit off their earlier negligent work. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else.
