★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite servicing staff who took down all my list of faults, and they were all resolved upon collection. The only thing was that my odb sensor was damaged by the servicing staff, but they offered to pay for the replacement. So minus 1 star for that inconvenience. Overall, good job done.

1) Consultant doesnt have the knowledge for accessories, 2) Poor guage of required servicing time, 3) unable to collect car after 7pm and 4) didn't wash the car and didnt clear up the mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my Outlander for aircon repair. Manager Zack and Customer Service Executive Rosli deserve to be complimented for their efficient and outstanding service. They did all they could to make my visit comfortable and fulfilling. And they are very friendly too. My aircon now works well (touch wood - hope no more issues with it). Hope all C&C service centres provide equally good service standards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conducive place to wait for your car’s servicing. WIFI, Hot drinks and biscuits are provided free. This huge fish tank at the entrance is always a big draw.
