★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality small shop. They went and grinded my rims without asking for no reason. Why would you do that? If trying to remove scratches, should have asked. They just created a big ugly scratch. Jack up car on four hydraulic jacks with no stand while they spend 40 min changing tires. Unsafe. Workers looked grumpy and miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged! Changed 2 tyre In a rush and was charged $XXX each (+GST). Checked with other shops and realized the same tyre was going at 30% cheaper! Expensive place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive tyre, 235/40/18 year 2018 PS4 for 273...others service I not sure but if your tyre gone case and you drive there to fix it..just bear in mind the price is higher then usual.
After 2 days, took it out and check as there is vibration, found out that tyre didn't fit properly . I will never visit this shop ever again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a flat tyre went there to change. Charge me 270 for a PS4 18" tyre which is made in Thailand. No balancing done as my car vibrates at speed after 80km/h. Poor experience and overpriced. After i went to another workshop to rectify the problem, found out that the tyre not fitted properly to the rim. Utterly disgusted with soon tyre service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a nail in my tyre and went to Soon Tyre for help as some other shop nearby refused to do the repair because it was raining heavily. The staff attended to me promptly and got the repair done in the heavy rain. They even provided shelter to car owners with umbrellas. Extremely professional people and deserving of 5 stars rating!
