★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and mechanics were very helpful and friendly. I got into an accident and Alan United Auto’s staff helped me claim the other party’s insurance and fix my car. They replacement car they lent me was clean and had no issues as well.
They helped me settle an incredibly stressful situation without me doing anything. Car fixed with no hassle. 5 stars, highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred to Alan's by a friend as they are well-known for being transparent about their pricing. Decided to give them a try as I've been frustrated by my previous workshop. Glad I did as Alan and his team were very professional. Xavier was very accommodating and patient when we spoke. He was always available when I called him, provided quality repair advice and also kept me regularly updated on the progress. The total cost was nearly half of what I've been quoted elsewhere. When I went to collect my car, they had also cleaned my entire car inside and out, even shining my tires. Special shoutout to Alan, Xavier and their team for basically giving me a brand new car! They are definitely professional and affordable. Will be recommending to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed by the professionalism and honesty of Xavier. I sent in my car for respray on front and back bumpers due to deep and extensive scratches. When I collected my car, the bumpers were immaculately repainted. To my pleasant surprise, Xavier told me he was able to deep polish away the scratches on the back bumper, thereby saving me half of the agreed price. With such integrity, I can safely recommend my friends to Alan's United Auto workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent the car in for some repairs. Xavier is very helpful and transparent. Cost is lots reasonable than the agent. Saved about half the cost. The workshop washed my car, cleaned my interior and shined my tires too. Excellent service. They will not repair unless deemed needed.
