β β β β β Wonderful experience with Ricardo Auto Centre. First time sending down my car for periodic servicing. Henry provided me with detailed explanation prior sending in. He offered me with a pick up/ drop off car service as well. After the car was send in, he provided constant updates and was transparent with all the prices. No hard selling of any items and he even gave me choices. He was prompt and professional in his line of work. A day later, I encounter some issues. Yet again, Henry reacted promptly. Within an hour in the night, he send his team down and rectified the issue. Once again providing the full and specific details of what could have happened. The most wonderful part, I was not charged a single cent as he understand the situation. A true honest and excellent person to deal with. He and his team provided better service then those authorised dealer workshops that i have been too. Recommended to all who are looking for good and prompt yet no 'cut throat' service. Kudos to Henry and Ricardo Auto Centre!!!

β β β β β First time servicing my Toyota away from agent after reading good reviews of Ricardo. Made contact with Henry, he is very professional and provide utmost customer service together with his team at Sin Min. They recommend reasonable additional parts replacement but do not hard sell, and the price is fair. Ask them for their packages pricing.
The roti prata, charcoal toasted bread & coffee nearby is definitely worth a visit if you donβt want to wait at the lounge.

β β β β β Henry provided friendly and professional service and advice. He helped my wife diagnose and resolve our issues under Confidence+ warranty for hee 328i GT free of charge yesterday - very honest. It was a sensor issue causing all sorts of warning lights, as well as an issue with the boot and spoiler. Repairs were done very fast - same day. Their office and workshop is also very clean and modern. They also washed the car and vacuumed and treated the interior as a free service. Outstanding. Car runs great now. Highly recommend - look for Henry.

β β β β β Ricardo Cars came highly recommended. I changed my tyres some years back but decided to use them again after my car started vibrating when I hit past 65kph on the motorways. I spoke to Henry and he took it for a test drive. The mechanics at Ricardo can handle Japanese, US and Continental cars. I was sent an estimate which I agreed to. I was regularly updated on how the car was being repaired. Four working days later and itβs now running like how I remember it. Smooth and quiet. Thank you all at Ricardo Cars!

β β β β β Been using Ricardo for my Toyota Wish for 2 years after reading good reviews. Borneo was good but pricey for the same quality. Henry & team was patient & good with assessing wear & tear parts during servicing. Henry also advise he will not put unauthorized additives etc. He will follow/comply with Toyota parts specs. If you feel like waiting for servicing to be done - ask for the Ricardo Free-Wifi and you can sit opposite their workshop with your laptop and get some work done, with a nice cup of coffee! Coming back again & recommended.

β β β β β I drive a Subaru Forester XT, purchased in Nov 2017.
I had been diligently going to Subaru for servicing.
For a while now, the air con was blowing hot air and recently the compressor started making odd sounds. The back of the car too had odd sounds. I did not think much of it as despite the prompt servicing, the car felt no different from what it was before servicing.
I then decided to use Ricardo Auto Centre early this week to check on my car, on my friend's recommendation (who has been using them for years). Henry and his team at Ricardo Auto Centre did an immaculate job in repairing and servicing my car and I must state that, my car now FEELS BETTER THAN NEW.
I have never enjoyed the car this way before ! Thank you, Henry and team!
