Their food is at a reasonable price. Things are not bad quality. Value for money.

It small. Shopping mall with many small restaurant. It also has two indian restaurant where you can enjoy indian food with affordable rate.

Dog grooming is on the second floor but they dont allow u to enter from the main entrance, asking you to go from the loading bay while its pouring down heavy rain. Mind you both entrance leads to basically the same place the mall.

Under the same roof with Park Hotel Alexander and across the overhead bridge to Anchorpoint Shopping Centre Queensway Shopping Centre with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets Electric Electronic groceries sundries postage services and amenities nearby. Enjoy one of the best slow grilled lamb & beef at the Carvery. Plenty of western delights Japanese Thai Vietnamese Malaysia Penang Ipoh Indian Indonesia Hongkong and local hawker delights all at discountedpricesin the mall with relaxing atmosphere and spacious lounge. Freshly prepared healthy ingredients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Stylish hotel with poolside bar at top floor with good city and pool view. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

Good makan mall that is full of diners. The local zichar restaurant seems to specialize in crab dishes. John's Pizzeria turned out to be good. AlibaBAR is a good place to get a few drinks with food. The KUMO japanese buffet restaurant I have yet to try

We visited Alexandra Central Mall last Sunday afternoon, 10/7/22, for lunch. After that, we went over to IKEA for shopping, before finding out that my brother-in-law had lost his car key. When my brother-in-law went back to Alexandra Central Mall's information counter to report his lost car key, the counter staff (lady) informed him that there is no car key found, then we went over to IKEA again to also report the loss of car key. Fortunately, after 2 hours, we went back to Alexandra Central Mall information counter again, to double confirm if any car key was found. The information counter staff (man) informed us there was a car key found earlier, so the staff (man) direct us to 1st floor to look for the Security Officer. When we asked the 2 security personnel on duty, they immediately told us that there is no car key found, until the man from the information counter called the security office to confirm there is a car key found and passed to the security office earlier. The security lady (supervisor) brought my brother-in-law into the security office, and kept telling my brother-in-law that there was no car key found. The security lady then showed a drawer of keys to my brother-in-law to prove that his key was not inside but my brother-in-law's car key was actually inside the drawer of keys. So my questions are, 1) Why did the security office insist that there was no key found, when the man from the information counter already informed that there was a key found. 2) Does the security office not have any SOP for Lost and Found? 3) Does the security office not have a proper handover/communication between shifts?

Enter the mall at 7pm. After dinner I was informed can redeem free 3 hours parking. When to customer services, and they still allow me to redeem complementary car park ticket at 8pm. Scan my ticket at exit gantry, unable to exit, intercom for help, they told me need to pay entry fee. Free 3 hours parking? Pay entry fee?

Not a fantastic selection of shops here, better to go to other places for greater variety and food!
