Really really nice sourdough NY crust. Tried the veggie option with walnut pesto, pretty okay toppings. Served piping hot.

I usually dont write such comments but they have terrible customer service Ordered deep pizza but they delivered different pizza to what i purchased, which is about $10 cheaper Wrote and called CS but for past 5 days no actions or reply, Customer service is guy is very rude too, asking what is your problem what do do u want me to do, and no action With current quality of food and mind in dealing customers this way, i doubt its recommendable place to visit

First time trying and it was disappointing. Ate it within 20 mins after collection but it was already cold and crust was hard. It seems the pizza wasn't baked long enough to begin with. My guests didn't enjoy it either.

Good tasting New York (thin crust) and Deep Dish pizzas. It was our first time here and we had the 4 in 1 thin crust and it tasted good. We are impressed that their thin crust pizza stayed relatively crispy after we let it cool down while we went after the cheese stick. Ingredients are fresh and the sauces tasty. We were undecided between their cheesy garlic bread and their cheese stick, but finally took up the cheese stick as we were told it's the more popular choice. Cheese stick is on the salty and oily side as they were generous with the cheese. The salt and oil were from the cheese. They don't server any house brew coffee or tea in this Alexandra outlet. Very limited seating in this Alexandra outlet, we counted 4 tables and 4 bar chairs. So if you come during peak hours, you might have to wait. We didn't stay long as there were others waiting for a table. Overall, we like the food and we will be back to one of their other outlets to try the other flavors of their pizza and their house brew tea / coffee. Their 3 outlets covers island wide delivery. We have got no idea of delivery charges.

Poorly delivered pizza. Pizza arrived cold, soggy, squished, boxes torn. They outsource delivery to motorbikes. When I called to ask about my delivery, the person answering didn’t speak any English. Would not recommend this to anyone.

American style pizzas are my favorite and in Singapore those are in short supply. Luckily, we have John's. The NYC thin crust and Detroit style deep dish are superb. I'm a super avid pizza fan and Detroit style is my favorite. I thought John's deep dish was about as good if not better than Buddy's in Detroit which was one of my favorites. I feel so lucky to not have to go to Michigan to get this good of pizza! This has to be one of my favorite places anywhere to eat pizza from.

Had a great surprise from my husband for Mother's day! And it’s one of our favorite pizzas in Singapore - “John Pizza”. Always love it because it’s just delish! The fact that if you can’t decide which pizza you like (just soo much of good choices), you can always opt for their four-way pizza. Problem or should I say hunger solved :P Go for a deep Dish, the pizza is quite thicker than the thin crust so it’s really filling. By the way, they use sourdough. Highly recommended their Deep Dish Pepperoni, Hawaiian, Meat lovers and Paneer Tikka! Don’t forget to order their cheesy garlic stick! If you love cheesy goodness, this must you have and it served with their signature NY Style dipping sauce. And if you’re a fan of veggies, you should try their Cauliflower “wings” with creamy garlic parmesan sauce, it’s a bomb! And for your sweet ending, love! Love l! Love! Their classic American cinnamon rolls. So, upon writing this short review, I am craving it now.hahaha Hopefully we can visit their store as we only go for delivery! Very convenient and efficient service. Thanks John Pizza Team. :)

Very nice pizza.. NY style is not available so we go for deep dish one? yummy ? the ice lemon tea also very nice ? we’ll visit here often I believe? We also want to dapao cinnamon rolls but only available on Fri to Sun afternoon. So, we’ll get it soon and update ☺️ Updated on 20211225: We ordered 2 deep dishes, cauliflower wings 3 flavours and 7 cookies for frd’s place Christmas Eve gathering.. they all enjoyed???? We had the cinnamon roll as breakfast and we love it too!! Soft and not so sweet! Perfect match for the English breakfast tea and blueberry ? very happy to have it as our Christmas breakfast?❤️
