Poor customer service. Lack of after-sales support. Bought a set of necklace and earrings but the necklace was damage within 2 weeks. No repair service even if I wanted to pay. Poor quality

Poor customer service. The store has very unique accessories at a affordable price, however be prepared to not receive any after-sales services and support from the store. The store has a 7 day exchange policy, after which if you need a replacement part or a repair service, your request will not be entertained at all. Bought a necklace for my girlfriend, but the necklace chain broke off merely 7 days after the date of purchase. Went to the shop and ask if they had spare parts to fixed it. But all they said was that their product was from Japan and hence they had no spare parts. Tried asking if I could perhaps I could buy a new chain, they gave the same answer and said that the only way was to send it back to Japan which will cost as much as buying a new one. Their best recommendation is to purchase an entirely new set to replace the broken set which was bought not long ago.
