★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff! At first looking at getting a gift for my son..the staff told my son the pencils there for testing cost 4 dollars thus dun use 2 at the same time.then why put there for testing...no wonder no business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service if any! The China lady was totally not interested n insisted the shop was closed well before 9pm. Did not bother when I asked about a set of brushes. Best of all, she packed 4 brushes when I bought 5. I had to go back to get the remaining brush n she casually said I should have checked. If Faber Castell reads this, I hope you fire this staff cos she will kill your business! Also, I don't think she speaks nor understand English at all!
