★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually complain, but this company is really bad at customer service. Was nice and 'helpful' before delivery. Delivered item, no installation of TV even. No wall mount bracket given by the company, just the tv that's it. When asked, told me that i don't understand what they are saying. No confirmation email of the order even Up till item delivered. Called to ask for queries after ranting to them, did not answer call. Terrible service. I really hope company will look into this matter.
