H	Honest Review on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my old Lenovo laptop assuming the battery is gone, Mr. Jamal clearly explained and checked the condition of battery and confirmed that it is 50-60% working and no need to change now, since it is for home use. He could have easily replaced and took money for it.. hard to find a genuine service oriented person.. just had to change the adapter to solve the issue... Big thumbs up to Mr. Jamal..

They told me they needed 7 days to diagnose the problem and they couldn't fix it anyway because my computer was too old. So I went to Jamal and he got me sorted in a few hours. Backed up my data and installed a new 1 TB hard drive with Windows 10 Professional for a very reasonable price.

He told me he did so I went to his shop. He gave me a fair price so when I dropped it off, I was expecting it to take multiple days since that is how it works in the United States. Mr. Jamal called me 30 mins later saying he completed my screen replacement. 30 MINUTES!!! That is what you call customer service. He is very nice so if you have any questions or need a repair, I would not hesitate to message him on whats app and see if he can help. Mr. Jamel thank you and if I am ever back in Singapore, I will come back to you!
