C	Cindy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant service experience with Nichelle and Hazel. Problem was identified quickly and recommendation was brought forwarded. A best part is i can collect mine back within half an hour while i was expecting the next day.

Took 2 days for them to check the battery type and availability, 2 weeks for the battery shipping and another day for battery replacement. Glad that the admin is responsive but im a bit disappointed that the engineer is careless when screwing my laptop. It leaves a dent on the laptop, they gave a 10% discount as compensation though im not sure whether it will cause any future problems for my laptop. Shout out for the staff at Bugis outlet, and Kent and Hazel at Sim Lim for the friendly service.

I originally intended to give it a laptop spa, but after opening it I was informed that they shouldn't do anything with it because my laptop was still under warranty. That alone should be enough to reignite my trust in Sim Lim Square shops in general and this one in particular, but then they also proceeded to help me clean out the hairball that was giving my laptop so much grief, free of charge. Often, sending an important device in for servicing is (for me) a matter that requires a high level of trust in the professionalism and skills of whoever you're sending it to, especially because I'm not very familiar with hardware and need to trust that I'm not being upsold anything and that they're giving me reliable advice; I can confidently say that I would not hesitate to place my devices in the expert hands I found here again. Thank you Hazel, Nichelle, and Kent!!

(They are the same as "Digital hospital") Went down to their Sim Lim square outlet, staff attend to me was friendly and key in service record. I left my 2015 MacBook Pro with them. (Issue with my Mac, die and Unable to power on). My Mac Condition I would rate it 8.5/10. One day later, another staff "Niel" watapp me to inform that they found out that my MacBook Pro, motherboard die and was Unable to be repair. It require motherboard replacement and its expensive, not worthwell to get the motherboard replace. They have the policy of no fix no charge, Niel informed that they are willing to buy my MacBook for a small sum upon their manager approval. Decide to sell it to them, save the effort of going down collect and Chuck one side at home. Sum was transferred via internet banking. I felt that their staff is honest and upfront.

Although I have waited for my transaction for a few days. But it’s ok. When I inquired my transaction, the custom service responded quickly and my problem solved. And they have other service like laptop repair, but I don’t have experience about that.

d	danny lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been bringing my off-warranty HP laptops here for servicing and they are consistently very good and responsible with the work This is not your average Sim Lim repair shop. They seem to have a large team. Every time i bring in my laptops i am serviced by a different bright young lady. I've also encountered different service technicians...but they are all equally helpful There is always a lot of effort to listen to the issue and concerns. I also think they always try to fix a problem for me if they can instead of just replacing the part - that saves me a lot! In my most recent encounter, Kent, the technician checked a problematic hard drive i had and told me no need to change and can be addressed just by reformat even though i had brought it in planning to change. The lady who served me, Nichelle, went to great lengths to break apart my invoice into different orders just so i can max out a discount they were offering. It wasn't even something i was aware of. There is something special about a servicing place that takes the effort to look after you even in areas which are invisible to you. I am a very happy customer and i would strongly recommend this place!

He has gone above and beyond the extra miles to solves my issues within a very short time frame tho the engineers are overwhelmed with many other jobs. His knowledge is also so commendable as he's able to answer all my queries out of the box. To add on, as I was also looking for a tablet, he has given me the best advice on what i should get based on my requirements and the best price as well. I rarely give reviews for most services, but HS is one to be reckoned with and commended. I will give him more than 5 stars rating, if any. Thanks again, HS ?
