★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located at Blk 810 Hougang Central., just above Cheers.Easy to access as the Hougang Mrt Stn is only a very short walk away and the Hougang Central Bus Inter change is also very near, just across the road ( Hougang Central ).They occupy level 2 & level 3 of the Block.For parking , there are open air car parks & a multi storey car park ( Blk 805 ) very near to the town council.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaner putting all his belonging such as brooms, dust pan, fan, box and other stuff at the staircase landing between 1st and 2nd floor of Blk 119 Bedok Reservoir Road. This is so unfair for us as home owner. If all this things caught fire and where are we going to stay.
No brain at all. Does not think the resident who staying there and only think of their own interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much Ms.Sita from Call Centre for your very prompt assistance - she understand the issue, asked for my contact and liaise with the necessary personnel to meet me - then called me back for the appointment . Very Fast and effective . Met the personnel and Worked done within 20mins . She even followed up thereafter - Very impressive . 5? for Ms.Sita and the Personnel who assisted me .
Prior her , called the same Call Centre line - pick up by a Male Staff - tell him the issue , just transferred me to another line that no one answer - he never even asked for any details and how he can assist . He just said :"you wait" - and he transferred the line - which i waited til engage again . No info of whom he transferred you to for the enquiry . ZERO ? FOR THE MALE STAFF .
** It just takes 1 minute to listen and understand a simple issue that can be resolved very quickly rather than Tai-Ji without listening .**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office but poor service... Take very long periods to follow up defect repair on my house roof leakage. And need to monitor and reminds the office to follow up closely. Worse things is repair jobs had not properly done.
