★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and warm. Although the old Chinese man doesn't know English much he puts quite a lot of effort to explain to me in Malay, which also unfortunately I don't know. His work is good and rates are fine, thats most important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent shoes to fix heels. Shoddy work that i need to send to a different place to redo. Concurrently I sent a pair of shoes to glue back sole, which should be an easy job. Not done well despite going twice. Gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever come back again! Feel bad I have to give the 50s or 60s uncle a bad review but I have to. Sent my sport shoes to glue. The charge not cheap, $15! I was thinking never mind, maybe good service then ok. When I went collect the shoes, after 2hours, was told go collect after 2 hours, uncle sitting there doing nothing, i found that the glue haven't dry up and it's open up quite obvious. He asked me sit down on chair to press. And he blamed that I opened up the shoes. Asked me go back wear it and use foot to press. Ok... $15 is just my treat to him for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional and unethical! As some other cobblers in the vicinity were not operating yet, unknowingly went to him who was sitting down there idling. Apparently poor business due to bad review. When asked him how much did it cost to fix the detached sole, he just snatched the shoe from me and started to glue it, at the same time told me $20 and started to smoke me. After just a little while of gluing, he asked me to press it by myself. He didn't even allow me to store my shoes there, saying there was no space to store it. After hours of pressing by myself, the sole was still detached:( Guys, please be aware of this old hag who is also ill-tempered and often seen quarelling with customers. I regret seeking his poor service.
