They need to train their newer staff how to do proper threading and trimming of eyebrow using scissors. Some of the new staff are good, but some need improvements. Been patronising for the longest time for years & this is the second time a “new staff” decided to cut a hole on my brows. When confronting her she tries denying it by saying she did not thread it but the hole was from her using the scissors. Even your own staff can already spot the mistake. Also, not trying to pick on any of the staff but at least try apologising for the mistakes you did instead of letting another staff to do it. Thanks to arasi at least my brows are partially saved for cny. Now i’m traumatised and will only go back to staff which i’m familiar and comfortable with. ?

Bad experience with eyebrow threading. Only extras are removed, no shaping. Few staffs are not experienced and they are training for the job. Package is not worth it

It was not stated that no full face threading 30mins before closing. I was already in the Que at 5.22pm and no one informed that no full face threading, waited to enter at 5.35pm and was rejected of full face. Their attitude are so different when they ask u to buy the full face threading vs not letting you use them. End up paying AGAIN as they rejected to let me use my package reason coz they are closing and still got ppl in Que. i don’t think that’s how u should manage. Can I get a refund for my package?

Run by really kind indian ladies! The queue is always fairly long and there are no seats. There was one day where i had to queue for about 15 minutes and I was on my period. I have period-induced anemia so i do get lightheaded and faint whenever im on my period, and it doesn't help that i was standing for 15 minutes under the heat. When i reached my turn, i fainted in the store. The staff accompanied me to the toilet nearby and kept checking up on me, even offering to call the ambulance. They didnt forget about me despite the long queue and small shop that they have. When i finally went back to the shop to collect my bag, they offered a room for me to rest to make sure i was okay before i left the store. I lay on the bed in that room for about 30 min. Thank you ladies!

The price range is affordable and the service is generally okay. They try to push you to purchase more packages but will stop if firmly said no. However, the hygiene standards are questionable. I noticed during multiple visits that the staffs double dip the wax even during waxing services like Brazilian. They use different wax for legs and Brazilian, yet double dip during all the procedures, major risk of contamination. I never noticed this in previous outlets. Plus it doesn't seem like they change the cotton lining placed on the bed. Noticed clear wax stains on the lining even before my session. Not hygienic compared to other places.

It's really hit and misses at this place - some staff are great, some needs to be further trained. Went for eyebrow threading, and I got multiple cuts. I've been patronizing for many years, and this is the first time this has happened. Beautician which attended to me didn't inform me till I saw that it was bleeding (not just one brow, both brows - FYI). Sometimes the beauticians would be threading midway, and then stop suddenly to talk to their colleagues. Rather unprofessional I would say. Sometimes they would also end the session without helping you to apply rosewater, so you have to self service. Even though this place is value for money, more consistency is needed.

I have been going to this establishment to get my brows done since I was a teenager but my last visit was really horrible sadly. It is, as someone else mentioned in the comments, a hit and miss. It depends on your luck of who is doing the threading for you. The older staff who usually do my eyebrow threading have always done an excellent job shaping and threading it but on my last visit, a new staff member I had never seen before did the treading and for the first time, I had multiple, painful cuts on the area around my brows, the skin had torn. The newer staff really need more training as the threading was not really as nicely done as it usually is when the older staff do it, like it really did not look as good as it normally does AND it really stung when I washed my face that evening due to the cuts! I had an important interview the next day as well which did not improve my mood, considering my brows looked botched and not nicely shaped to suit my face. It is not like I could hide my brows so I had to go for the interview like that. No thought went into the treading it was like she wanted to quickly "get it over with" and I could tell from the way she was threading, it was not the same as when I usually get it done there by the older staff. They need to train the new staff or have some sort of booking service where we can request who we want doing our brows for us prior to coming down for a session.

Terrible experience. Forced you to sign their package which is 10 + 4 sessions for eyebrow threading at $60. They have a list of packages which are overpriced. If you are new to this, good luck to you and be prepared to pocket out 60 bucks. Once you pay $60 they give you a cheap paper card. That card indicates the sessions you can go moving forward. Go and try out the threading yourself and you will know what I meant. Prices for men are more expensive then ladies. I do not recommend this outlet. Staffs there chit chat and laugh around when doing eyebrows for you. In terms of service, they expect you to know how they are like. Visit at your own risk and do your own due diligence before patronising. I'm not the only one who mention about their service.
